Items that cannot be stored:

We do not store food, plants, flammable liquids, illegal materials or hazardous substances.  Our staff reserves the right to reject items for storage at any time; in that case, you will be charged for a failed collection.

Items that can be stored:

Anything weighing no more than 20kg that one staff member can handle safely.

When will I receive my packing boxes?

Typically you will receive your storage boxes and packing materials within 2 days of placing your order (excluding weekends and public/bank holiday periods).

Can I use my own boxes?

Yes but only if they are double walled and strong enough for stacking.  Your boxes must not exceed 20kg in weight.

Can I store my suitcase?

Yes – provided it is locked and does not exceed 20kg in weight.

Do you collect from my apartment/room?

No – we can only collect from your external apartment door at the kerbside.  Our staff are not permitted to enter your premises, so please have your storage items ready on the day of collection.

Will I receive an ETA?

You will receive a 30 min ETA for when the driver will arrive for collection or delivery.

Can I have my items returned to a different address than the collection address?

Yes you can have your items returned to an address different from the collection address.

What if I don't know my return address?

Contact us one week before your return date to provide the return address.

Can I access my boxes while they are in storage?

Yes but you will need to book this service in advance.  Please note that items cannot be accessed outside of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., or during weekends and public/bank holidays.  This service costs £10.
